We don’t bring in frozen products or ready-made bakes, everything you see is crafted here, in-house, the proper way. Fresh bread and pastries available to pick up daily.

Greenhouse Cafe & Kitchen was built on a simple idea, to focus on quality, work with great local produce, and do things properly. From the beginning, baking everything in-house was always part of the vision.

When we first opened, our goal was to create a space centred around fresh food, seasonality and care in every detail. A dedicated bakery has always been something we worked toward, a natural extension of what Greenhouse stands for.

In 2026, we opened the doors to our bakery kitchen, bringing that vision fully to life. We can now produce all of our breads and pastries in-house, giving us complete control over quality, flavour and freshness.
Today, the bakery sits at the heart of everything we do, shaping our menu, our counter and the experience we create every day.
