Do you offer Gluten Free?
We cater to those with food allergies, intolerances and those who require GF options. Our menu can be interchangeable to suit requirements. We also offer a wide range of in house Gluten Free baked goods, freshly baked each day.
Can I book a table?
We take bookings for tables of 7 or more. If you are under this number please just pop in and we will be sure to accommodate you.
Do you offer a children's menu?
We offer a smaller menu catering to children and those seeking smaller portions.
What time do you serve food until?
Our café remains open until 4pm daily, while food service concludes at 2pm each day.
Do you cater to Vegetarians, Pescatarians & Vegans
We offer a varied menu that is carefully thought out, making sure that we cater to guests needs. Our menu offers a signature Vegan & Veggie Breakfast which is simply the best in the area.
Where are you located?
Situated 8 miles from Newtown and 6 miles from Welshpool, our location just outside Garthmyl, off the A483 (Coastal road), ensures easy accessibility. Explore nearby historic gems like Montgomery and scenic canal paths, all within reach.
Accessibility
Our purpose built cafe has accessibility in mind. We have a ramp to the cafe, making easy access for those with Wheelchairs and Push Chairs. We also have a Disabled Toilet and baby Changing Facilities.
Are you dog friendly?
We welcome guests with dogs to be seated at our outdoor undercover terraced area.
Are you owned by Kings Nurseries?
We are a separate establishment to Kings Nurseries. Greenhouse Cafe & Kitchen is owned and run by one of the Kings' sons.
What's your official name?
Some may refer to us as King's Cafe, however under a separate establishment our brand ifs officially known as 'Greenhouse Cafe & Kitchen'
Where do we park our cars?
Our establishment shares a spacious car park with Kings Nurseries, offering ample parking options. We've hosted numerous large car and motorbike groups comfortably, making use of our generous parking facilities. Please note that the car park is jointly owned and private to both businesses, with gates securely padlocked after 5pm.
